CAAB armed guard hiring test set by Dec 5

Civil Aviation Authority of (CAAB) has announced written examination schedule for Armed Security Guard positions, with 2,149 candidates set to appear on 5 December 2025.

Md Ikram Ullah, Director of Human Resource Development and General Training at CAAB, signed the notification dated 27 November 2025.

Written test will take place at Civil Aviation School and College in Kawsar, Kurmitola, Dhaka, from 10:30am to 12:00pm. TeleTalk Bangladesh Ltd has already sent SMS notifications to initially shortlisted candidates about exam details.

Candidates holding roll numbers from 20000005 to 20010269 must bring their admit cards to examination hall. Post offers pay scale ranging from Tk 9,000 to Tk 21,800 per month.

CAAB recruitment circular was originally published on 27 May 2025. Authority has warned that candidates failing to appear will be considered absent, with no provisions for rescheduling.

For viva voce examination, candidates passing written test must present several original documents. These include admit card, printed online application, academic certificates, mark sheets, citizenship certificate, and national ID or birth registration certificate.

Quota certificate holders for freedom fighters, small ethnic groups, or persons with disabilities must bring original certificates. Candidates must also submit one set of attested photocopies of all documents, verified by government employees of Grade-9 or above.

Physical fitness assessment and medical examination will follow for selected candidates. CAAB has clarified that no travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending viva voce.
