A colorful ‘Baishakhi food festival’ is going to be arranged at Cafe Bazaar of capital’s Pan Pacific Sonargaon hotel with the collaboration of US-Bangla Airlines.

The festival, which to be held from April 13 to 15, will be a unique cultural and culinary experience, a Bengali teste and nobility.

There will be live Hilsa, along with Panta Hilsa, Sarisha Hilsa, Beef Mejbani, Beef Kala Bhuna, Chicken Roast, Bhuna Khichuri, various types of cake and sweets. There will also be vibrant traditional decorations, live performances, paintings and a photo booth.

Besides, the guests will be able to take part in attractive raffle draw and the winner will get the chance to travel Cox’s Bazar.

From 12 noon to 4 pm, a 'Baishakhi Lunch' will be available for Tk 5,000 (per person), a 'Baishakhi Brunch' for Tk 7,000 with complimentary swimming access. From 6:30 pm to 10 pm, a 'Festival Dinner' will be available for Tk 9,000 with live performances and onsite raffle draws.
