The Embassy of Bangladesh in Bangkok has inaugurated an art exhibition titled “GLIMPSES: Contemporary & Modern Art of Bangladesh” at the Bangkok Art & Culture Centre (BACC), the mission said in a Facebook post on Wednesday.

The exhibition opened on 2 December, with the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Thailand’s Ministry of Culture attending as chief guest. Ambassadors, embassy representatives, diplomats, civil society members, and art enthusiasts were also present.

Featuring works by twelve leading Bangladeshi artists, the exhibition highlights the depth of Bangladesh’s modern and contemporary art. It will remain open to the public from 2–14 December 2025 on the 3rd floor of BACC.

The Embassy invited visitors to explore the showcase, which marks 54 years of Bangladesh’s independence.
