Turkish Airlines hosts grand iftar in Dhaka

Turkish Airlines has hosted a grand Iftar and dinner gathering in Dhaka, bringing together aviation industry stakeholders and dignitaries.


Event was organised in collaboration with general sales agent AeroMate Services Limited on Tuesday at Radisson Blu Water Garden.


Ramis Şen, Turkish ambassador to Bangladesh, İslam Güre, Turkish Airlines country manager, and Md Nasser Shahrear Zahedee, AeroMate chairman spoke on the occasion.


Gathering drew senior government officials, trade partners, representatives from travel and tourism agencies, industry experts, aviation professionals, celebrities, media personnel, corporate clients and foreign embassy members.


Ambassador Şen highlighted Turkish Airlines’ contribution to bilateral economic and trade relations between Turkey and Bangladesh through direct air connectivity.


He described the airline as a global Turkish brand representing the nation worldwide, stating the carrier as a strategic partner for enhancing bilateral ties between Turkey and Bangladesh.


Güre emphasized on the gathering reflected strong bonds, mutual respect and cooperation between the airline and Bangladeshi partners.


“These relationships are built not only on business but also on trust, friendships, and shared commitments that Turkish Airlines deeply values and cherishes”, he said. He extended warm Ramadan wishes to attendees.


Zahedee expressed gratitude to business partners and customers supporting GSA activities. He assured AeroMate Services Limited will maintain commitment to ensuring quality Turkish Airlines services in Bangladesh for air travellers’ greater convenience.


Attendees from diverse sectors thanked Turkish Airlines for nurturing networking opportunities and strengthening industry bonds.
